Electronic channels may include email, SMS, in-app notices, secure borrower portal notices, or other contact details supplied by you.

You must keep your email address, phone number, and borrower account access details accurate and secure.

A notice may be treated as delivered when sent to the latest contact details supplied by you, unless applicable law requires a different delivery method or timing.

Prospera Loans may keep electronic records of consent, notices, disclosures, signatures, delivery events, and account activity for audit, compliance, support, and legal purposes.

You may download or request copies of important records where the borrower portal or support process allows it.
