Debit Order Authorisation

This authorisation explains how scheduled loan repayments may be collected from your nominated bank account.

Debit order mandate

You authorise Prospera Loans or its payment service provider to collect scheduled repayments from the bank account you nominate in your application.

The mandate applies to repayments, fees, and other amounts due under the approved loan agreement, up to the disclosed total repayment amount unless a lawful updated instruction is agreed.

Collection timing

Collections may be submitted on or around the repayment dates disclosed in the loan agreement or repayment schedule, subject to banking rules and processing timelines.

You remain responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in the nominated account on the scheduled collection dates.

Failed collections and disputes

If a debit order is returned unpaid, Prospera Loans may contact you to arrange payment and may take lawful account-management or collections steps.

You may dispute an unauthorised or incorrect debit order through your bank, but a dispute does not remove any valid repayment obligation under the loan agreement.
